Privacy and Data Protection Policy
BioPortugal, makes known its Privacy Policy, through which it informs you of your rights and establishes how it collects and uses your personal data.
At BioPortugal, we assume the commitment to use your data only for the defined purposes, and in a clear way, adopting several security measures, of a technical and organizational nature, in order to protect the personal data made available to us against its disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized treatment or access, as well as against any other form of unlawful treatment.
1. Responsible for processing personal data

3. Definitions
3.1. What is personal data?
Personal data refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person – hereinafter referred to as the Data Subject; an identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, electronic identifiers or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

7. Rights of Holders of personal data and response to requests from Holders
